Definitly be carful - as you probably know a lot of them are being sued right now. I actually own my own Health Coaching business. I do 12 week weight managment transitioning your lifestyle classes. It includes a ton of education. You can actually loose alot from your diet - and I don't mean a fad diet, a diet meaning your eating habits. Have you ever heard of low glycemic? This is what I train on. We also do have supplemental products that can help aid wieght loss to target certain areas. However if you can find some time to excersie it is better for your overall health, not just weight loss.
