I hate to tell you this but there is only one way to lose weight and keep it off. Some diet pills do work and if you want to go that way no one is going to stop you. But they are not the way to a healthy life style. You can lose weight so fast but changing a few simple things.
1: Eat a salad for lunch every day. It doesn't have to be the same kind but just make sure it has lots of veggies.
2: Don't eat after 7 pm. Your body automatically slows down as the sun goes down. No need to over load it with calories when you aren't going to burn them. If you're the kind of person who stays up late and you need a snack, chose a low calorie food like carrots. If it's sweets your after try sorbet or raisens.
3: Eat breakfast. It's that simple. I promise it works
4: Eat more when you know you are going to be active. Remember, we eat to live, not to eat. If you sit in an office all day (like me) you don't need to consume as many calories as you are sitting. If you are someone who is an obsessive snacker snack on things like wheat checks or cut veggies.
5: Little things add up. Such as taking the stairs, parking a little farther from the entrance or turning on some hard music with a good beat while doing your house work to get you bouncing.
All these things are small changes you can make to lose weight the healthy way. And these are life style changes that will ultimately be less expensive than a weekly, monthly or yearly supply of pills.
