No worries. Pain behind the knee or calf top is a typical overuse symptom. Take an anti-inflamatory and relieve the tenderness with a few days of reduced mileage.

Then carefully stretch your calves using daily 'wall pushes'. This will elongate the calf muscles and prevent recurring episodes. Do this before AND after each run and you should be fine. A good sports message is another way to mend this up quickly.
