I am sorry you got hurt in training. I know the feeling.

But, at least hamstring injuries tend to heal relatively quickly, and you did not exhaust your reserves; you still have areobic base "in the bank".

So, your next build up should be even easier. And, if you feel ready to race anytime soon, you might surprise yourself! A few years ago, a untimely knee injury knocked me out of a marathon. But 3 weeks later, the base I built up went to giving me a PR in a 10K.
