Hello ladies, I've never considered myself lucky and I was able to confirm that assumption this morning when I woke up to realize I had started my monthly with my first marathon tomorrow morning. The first few days are always the worse for me. I don't get cramps but when I run I feel like every organ is going to fall out. Not to mention water retention, and no energy. I know someone else out there has had to deal with this? What do I do. Is there something I can take? Thanks girls!!!!
