Mike - I already have a Landice, so I can vouch for the high level of quality. But I wanted to ask you about the maintanence - You indicated that your's has been maintained very well. What all have you done. I have had mine for a few years and am not really sure what all I need to do. We moved away from where we purchased it and it seems that they original seller is the only one that will provide service. Can you let me know what you do regularly to maintain your treadmill?
