I have searched for years for the perfect jogging bra and now am convinced none exist for truly large-chested women marathoners. So, I've now begun looking for other ways to minimize the chafing, shoulder indentations and overall "big" look that bras specifically designed for C-DD cups.
What I've tried: vasoline (didn't work); Body Glide (better, but still left rough marks and underside abrasions from long runs); band-aids (that fall off when I sweat heavily).
Any suggestions would be most helpful. I'm about ready for Plan C: breast reduction surgery. And that, for me, is a drastic step. But along with the physical damage is a psychological one. I am tired of being fit and looking fat and having to wear L shirts to accommodate my protruding chest. It's gone beyond embarrassing to depressing.
Help. Please.
