I have registered for the Virgina Beach Rock and Rolll Half Marathon. I ran the Philly Marathon last year and with a new work schedule need to shorten my training..so I decided to run a half marathon this year. I can't seem to find good websites for a daily training program. Last year, this website had a terrific program that I followed religiously..and I mean..down to the exact 1/10 mile and that's what helped me make it through my training and marathon virtually injury free. I have until September 2nd. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
