are my energy needs being met?

3 years ago, after gaining 10 pounds I saw a nutritionist who gave me a 1500-1800 kcal mealplan. I had immediate results, losing 10 pounds very quickly. My running performances greatly improved and I felt good. This lasted for about one year. I started to feel tired, no zip. I attributed it to reaching "middle age", but am now wondering if it might be due to the simple fact of not enough calories to sustain my energy needs. I run around 50 miles per week, am female, 123 pounds, 5'6.

Any other women that can share how much they consume? Britta
