For the amount of running you do that is not enough to fuel you. Thinking that for every pound you weigh you need 100 calories two simply live. If you have more muscle then fat then the calories go up. That means you probably need aprox 1300 calories to simply live and maintain your weight. You will probabbly not even gain weight when you start eating more calories because you right now you are basically starving your body and your body is holding on the fat, starvation mode. Try uping your calorie intake, 150 calories a day for a week . A granola bar, or and extra few apples etc. See how you feel and if needed a addional 150 calories next week . You should be eating at least aprox 2000-2200 cal.
