Thanks for asking those hill questions -I was wondering the same things for me. I have begun running a hill, approx. 100 yards long and very, very steep. For marathon training, should I find a longer, less steep hile to do repeats, or is what I am training on okay? I warm up with a one mile run, do 4 -5 hill repeats, then cool down with another mile. Is this a smart plan, or should I change something?
