The hill repeats I mentioned in a previous post should have read :
5 X 3 minutes uphill, or 7 X 2 minutes uphill, or 4 X 5 minutes downhill.
As you know, the idea is to "sprint" 3, 2 minutes uphill or 5 minutes downhill, and to jog back to your starting point.
