I RAN the Marine Corps three times and barely beat the bus the first time (pre-chip days). A friend ran 11 to 12 minute miles and didn't make it to the bridge before the bus. Unless they've relaxed the rules, I'd find a more walker-friendly course to fulfill your dream. Or, you can do as my friend and keep walking without any course support the rest of the way.
