Is the time to my self. No job pressures, family, nothing just you and your thoughts. Fun stuff like future runs, then finally when you get tired just checking on the necessary. Where's the bathroom? A drink from the water bottle, is my gait right? Oh, look at the loons on the lake. And finally when you are really tired, nothing but listening you your heart beat, your feet strike, and oh yeah when are we done? Followed by good feelings and pride at completion. Then if you are me, maybe a stop at my favorite coffee shop , reading the newspaper and a scone. Heaven!
