I posted a similar response to another message on this bulletin board, but it is fitting here too. I had a problem when i tried to train from a book....mainly i couldn't ask any questions. Try myicoach.com, they give great personalized coaching (training plans, interaction). The lowest price plan probably cost as much as the book Post a reply on the Bulletin Board
