I have had this problem since 2000. The cramps occur in my lower abdomen, like menstral cramps, ofter after running about 15 minutes (1.5-2.0 miles). If I don't stop immediately when I feel them coming on, they get more intense, especially intense after I stop and may continue for 15-20 minutes after. I often feel as if I need to go to the bathroom (BM). Went do doctor, he didn't seem conerned, said I'm probably dehydrated. Can't seem to identify a pattern. Sometimes I don't get them at all and feel great.
