Does anyone have experience with using Electronic Muscle Stimulation to supplement your workout? These units are supposingly commonplace in Europe and are now just catching on here in the States. I am looking at the Compex units offered by CleverTraining.com They offer 2 models at $890 and $480 and am wondering if it is worth the money to supplement my training with this type of unit. They are endorsed by Jerry Rice and some other popular athletes, so I don't know if that's an automatic 'Gotcha' or not. I also read that pro Teams like the Miami Heat and San Antonio spurs have endorsed and use it. Any information is greatly appreciated.
