Pete Pfitzinger and Scott Douglas have a new book out, called "Advanced Marathoning" (Human Kinetics 2001). Chapter 11 is devoted to multiple marathoning - giving schedules and advice for 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 week intervals betwen races. Check it out - its well written.
