How much you train between races is strictly personal preference. If you look at your posted results and think, "I can beat some runners," then you need little additional training. If instead you look at your results and think, "How did that [insert: older, fatter, weaker] person beat me?," then you've swallowed the hook. You'll be back the next day with a slow recovery run, plotting the training you need for for your next PR. And you'll get that PR!!
