On a particularly humid day I was half way out when I noticed what I thought were dirty smudges on my shirt. Turned out my nipples were bleeding. Never underestimate the abrasive power of sweat-soaked cotton! Does anybody have suggestions, not just for this problem, but for problems with abrasion in general; waist bands, shoes & etc.?
