There are two solutions to your problem:
1. For training runs, use waterproof Band-Aids on your nipples. You may have to shave the area first. This solution assumes you are either not running a long distance, or you are running loops and can stop for a replacement Band-Aid if the waterproof feature proves unequal to your body.
2. For races, use a product called Nip-Guards. They come in a set of 10 pairs, in a small plastic tube, for slightly less than $10. That is about a $1/pair. Each is shaped like a very flat bottlecap. The top is plastic film. The sides are made of foam, and are either hexagonal or octagonal (I forget). There is glue on the bottom of the foam. You press the glue side to your nipple and hold for a few seconds. No more abrasion! No worries! These things won't come off until you pry them off. I've never had an allergic reaction, or any reaction, to the glue or foam. Buy a box at a pre-race expo or from a sports store and put them in yours sports bag. You may feel like I did, that $1 is expensive for two pieces of foam, but this is a product that I highly recommend, as someone who suffers as you do, even when I wear soft Coolmax shirts, as I do.
