Oaky I'm in the middle of training for my first Marathon. I'm running 4 times a week, with a weekly long run up to 14 miles currently. I increase the long run mileage 1 mile every week. Here's the problem, between work, business travel, family obligations, and absence of strong family support to do this, it gets tough to keep up the training schedule and time commitment. Any suggestions or ideas on how to keep it going. The October MCM01 seems so far away I can't even see it.
