help needed after injury thomas 5/31/01 1:57:19 PM ET
Just yesterday, i broke my clavicle aka collar bone playing soccer. it was a minor fracture which is expected to heal in two weeks possibly ten days. the doc says i can continue running, but i'm worried about the shoulder movements that occur in running. if i rest, which i plan to do, how much of my endurance will i lose, and what would be the best way to return to my previous fitness level?
