Thanks, Dave. I ran 9, 6, 6, 4.5 for a month and moved up to 12, 6, 9, 3 a couple of weeks ago. I bike and lift weights two days. So it's b, 12, b, 6, 0, 9, 3.
Should I start building now or stay the course until August? Kiawah is 12/15.
