I do not have specific advice for your weight training needs. I agree with others that these needs must consider your personal body type and your goals. Every training program should have clear goals. BUT, what I do want to say is that all runners (or any athelete) should weight train. The evidence is overwhelming concerning this subject and it finds that if there is any "fountain of youth" out there it is moderate weight training. To receive the benefits can take as little as 15 to 30 minutes each session 3 times a week. Go for it!
