I am a 5 foot 6-7 inches tall female, about 142 lbs. I don't have alot of fat for 142 lbs, but have always been very muscular. I also am a bit big boned. I have a history of athletics, basketball, track, and cross country running mostly. I have always done basic weight training, but nothing real serious.
