I am so new to the running scene. Right now I am jogging a very slow, 23.30 being my best time, 2 miles. I picked it up this week and don't seem to have to push myself. I have finally found myself wanting to run. I need to know what to eat, how to increase and how to basically train for my first marathon ever, which I have yet to pick out. Any pros who came from the same spot as me? I'm 23 and looking to make running my favorite hobbie. I'm an early morning runner too and like to jog with the sun.
