This is more or less the same position that I find myself in. And Ollie and the rest have answered the other questions I had. I am starting to run 2-3 miles every other day, but for me there seems to be so much information about nutrition etc..That it can be a bit daunting to get down to the basics, also being a vegetarian I am having to look more closely at my protein intake .
