Alright, feel free to tell me I am nuts, but this is my idea....
I am currently training for a marathon in late October. This is the first time for me. I am using the Jeff Galloway method (walk-breaks) and am not shooting for a record time.
This marathon is 1-2 weeks before NYC. I am considering doing both. Has anyone done this before ? Is it possible ? What advice do you have on recovery ? Running NYC (my home town) would mean a lot to me.
For some additional background: I am in my 20's I am in good health
