So NJ Shore was not your first and last marathon? Good!
While I haven't run Philadelphia, the main difference between it and NJ should be the crowds and the weather. Philadelphia will have 6,000-10,000 runners. You will find yourself blocked at times by slower runners, so you will go more than 26.2 miles due to your diagonal passing runs. Water tables will be much more crowded, and perhaps spaced every 2 to 3 miles rather than every mile as at NJ. The weather may require you to wear tights, long sleeves, a hat, and gloves. On the other hand, there is a joy in running big-city marathons that will undoubtedly push you into a future, third marathon. You'll love the experience!
