I am training to run in the Baltimore Marathon in October of this year. Approximately two-and-a-half years ago, I was hospitalized from the effects of anorexia and bulimia (I suffered from both) In March of this year, I received the blessing from my doctor to train for a marathon, with the condition that I maintain my weight above 125lbs (I'm 5'7") Any suggestions on maintaining weight while increasing my running milage?
