See....you guys can eat that stuff and not really worry about weight gain. But women....we look at it and gain weight!!..:)..I really do feel better all around if I skip the trans fat. I think that and animal protein can make you gain weight besides clogging those arteries. Since I cut them out my weight does stabilize better. Okay...I'm done..
I do want to do Boston one of these years. In my training I normally do 3 long runs...2 20's and 1 22. The other sundays are usually 16 to 18. I have done one 50K though and am steering that way as it was easier than a marathon...as hard as that is to believe...it was all on dirt trails which probably helped!!.....Carole
