Here is my daily supplements, based on cost possibilites. That is, when cost isn't a factor due to Outlet Supply.

Daily: 2 Vitamin C 1000mgs with 500 mgs. Biofl 1000 I.U. Mixed Tocopherols 2 more Vitamin C with a 500 mg complex of Bio (100) Hesperedin (100) Rutin (100) Acerola (100) Rose Hips (100) 2 Vitamin B-50 Complex (all 11) 3 CVS Achieve or Rite AID Whole Source. 3 Ginseng Complex (1200 mgs: 200 of each Siberian, Manchurian, Korean, Chineese and American) 2 Chineese Red Ginseng 500 mgs. 1 American Ginseng 500 mgs. 2 5,000 mcgs of Octacossanol 2 500 mgs. of Bee Pollen 1 Soy Lechiten 1,200 mgs. 3 Garlic 400 mgs each The Bee Pollen also comes with Royal Jelly and 1000 mcgs of Octoacassanl 2 Siberian Ginsengs 480 mgs(why not 500 ?) 2 Korean Ginseng Complex (400mgs. Korean plus 300 Mgs of L-Carnitine, 250 mgs. of Bee Pollen 200 Royal Jelly 150 mgs of Soy Lechiten) 100 mgs of Coenzyme Q-10 in either 2 50mgs or 3 30 mgs. Whichever is on sale. I was up to 3 100mgs of CoQ-10 when a local store closed and an outlet store sold them for $2.00 per container. Bought and consumed I believe 25 containers. A Soy Protein Powder with all those Amino Acids. A complex of Hawthorn Berries, Ginger, Ginko Biloba, Cat's Claw, and Cayenne. 3 Echineceas of 400 mgs each A Vitamin A 25,000 I.U. The Achieve has all sorts of stuff, Either a separate L-Carnitine when on sale, or else the always affordable L-Lyseine Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc 4 of them 6 Alfafa Tablets (650 mgs each) 6 Brewers Yeast (500 mgs each) And various herbal combinations with the dreaded term "Propriety Blends"
That should cover the basic daily menu of supplements. The diet in the next posting along with any other "frivilous supplements" that are at the Outlet store.
