Running at a 5 mpm pace is very impressive. You could win several of the smaller marathons in the Washington, DC region at that pace. Why, at that speed, are you limiting yourself to just the Cleveland Marathon each year? Why, after 124 minutes and 23.5 miles, does it take you 75-85 minutes to run the last 2.75 miles of the 2000 and 2001 Cleveland marathon?
I couldn't find anything at your geocities web site. Is the address correct?
Let us know what supplements work for you. How do you combine your supplements with your training (ie, before or after each run)? What is your training schedule?
I don't take anything other than a low-fat, balanced diet with plenty of fluids. Perhaps others here have tried useful products.
