Dave, ollie & George - thanks for the suggestions on my first marathon. I'm looking forward to this fall. I am going to run a half marathon on Labor Day to see just how soon I can run this fall (or winter), but I was leaning toward the Baltimore Marathon, simply because 1) it's new, 2) I have never been to Baltimore 3) I've been told it's relatively flat, and 4) it's a Boston Qualifier. My first priority is to finish, but if I can qualify for Boston - I'M THERE!!! Dave, I think I'm going to run the Shamrock Marathon in March at VA Beach. My sister lives there so I'll get free room & board. Dave, ollie & George, are you planning on running any marathons this year? Whaich ones? Post a reply on the Bulletin Board
