zeke- i am not sure if you will get this but i am the triatlete who did chicago yesterday and was not sure about pace,etc. i just wanted to let you know that your adivce worked. i ran a 3:34 and was 6 min. under boston qualifying time. it was great! i felt great and had an awesome experice! thanks!
