I've heard of cyber coaching before, and I actually looked into it a few months ago because I was training for the Boston Marathon and I really wanted to run a big PR. I ended up joining one because they had a big name coach, and I figured he had a lot of knowledge to share. But for the money, it was a waste. They took forever to get back to me, and I felt like the main coach wasn't working with me (I suspect he had some underling that did a lot of the email replies). After my race, it took them 5 days to ask how my race went, so I stopped immediately. Is myicoach any different?
