Rest before it's too late

Hi Bob, I've also had a similar problem in the past, but it seemed that a week rest for me did the trick. 6 months is way too long to ignore. I would have someone work on the area (a masseus or your wife/partner!), take a few weeks off while using alternative training (swimming for example) to keep your fitness level up and watch your diet. When is the marathon? How much time do you have? The most important question is how many more marathons do you want to run? Don't blow it all for one!
