Mockingbird, WHO@ is an organization founded by a woman to fight online harassment. The website has a good online safety brochure that every women who posts on internet boards should read. There's a number of other interesting resources as well as a form you can fill out to file an online harassment or cyberstalking complaint that will be investigated by WHO@ staff who are experienced in dealing with such matters.
