I also have this problem, especially after 5k. Ive ended up soaking wet on the treadmill..very embarrasing. Ive taken to wearing pads, but the incontinence ones are awful and way too bulky. I think the sanitary towles Always night time ones are best..but still it doesnt get rid of the problem. What are OB tampons ? is that a brand ? Ive been doing my exercises for the last 4 weeks and havent seen much of an improvement. Ive stopped drinking tea and coffee and have noticed a big improvement...but still not enough ! Im going to take the advice and look at that article. Cheers
