I have had 6 children, and have recently taken up running. I do fine until I try to pass 5K. Does anyone else know how long you do kegals before you have a noticable improvment? Has anyone else out there had this many children and still been able to run? I'm trying to train for a marathon, but I really hate wearing fem. hyg. pads, because they chaff on the legs. Ideas?
