E-Gel by far is the best Gel on the market. I use to be a GU user but after trying E-Gel I switched. If you buy some at your local running store I would only do that because you want to try it. After that and if you like it go to there website because you can not beat the deal they give you for signing up as a member. I would recommend every long distance runner that uses gels to give this stuff a try.
