Tell us more about your HRM. What type do you have? How do you use it in training? How do you use it in a marathon? Do you find that your natural tendency is to run faster or slower than the HRM recommends? Have you set a PR since buying the HRM, and, if so, do you attribute that to the HRM or simply to better training?
