I really appreciate the response I have received from other marathoners. My dilemma...fear...paranoia is that my longest race is a 5K. My training for this marathon has been in solitude...no trainer...no running partner. I really don't know what to expect. I would certainly love to finish under 4 hours sin ce this may be the only marathon I ever run. My kids say that at 44 I am too old for this! Post a reply on the Bulletin Board
