Topic: Foot pain....HELP!!

Just wondered if anyone has had a stress fracture of the foot ? I have a dull pain on the outside of my foot maybe an inch below my little toe. I'm hoping it was just bruised as there is no swelling. Do stress fractures swell ? It's not really acutely painful to press on either. Help ! It's so hard to decide when to run through trouble.
