Well.. I ran for 20-30 minutes 3-4 times a week. I never kept track of mileage, I was only running intervals for a fat burning effect in addition to my lifting regiments. This is the FIRST time I've ever concerned myself with mileage, pace, etc..

Now I am following "runners world" Beginner training program. I run four days a week, three of those days are around 4 miles with gradual pick ups for another mile or so. The fourth day is my long run. For weeks one and two, this long run is 6-7 miles. The program has me slowly build up until the last week where I clock in 32-34 miles for the week and my longest run is 9-10 miles. What do you think of this?

I am also wondering about how to eat for this, but I figure I'll find a thread on it somewhere!

Thank you in advance for any help you can offer me. It was only two or three years ago I found myself on my first bodybuilding forum. Through the help of some great people, I reached all of my goals. Now my goals have changed and I know I can trust these forums.
