Yeah, the only thing I can think of is people look at my skill sets and I am immediately over-qualified for any job I apply for. I can't get the higher-paying Sr. Management jobs because I don't have a degree. I sort of lucked into the one I had before. I can't go to College because I don't have the money. The jobs I've done in the past, IT director and such... these days people want certifications(which I can't afford).
So I'm either over-qualified or don't have a degree. I have no idea what I'm going to do... :/
