Warm-up time

I've been finding that it really pays to warm-up slowly. I used to be pretty impatient in my work-outs in order to squueze in running time. Now, I build-in time to warm-up. In addition, I've cut-back slightly the number of runs during the week and added more rest days. The result has been better quality runs without cutting back milage on the long training runs.
