Go to a running store and get decent shoes. I suppose good lightweight hiking shoes would do too but I'm not expert in hiking. A good pair of shoes should fit perfectly when you put them on. They don't need a breaking in period. Also, get them a 1/2 size to a size larger than you normally wear your street shoes. Your feet will swell up a lot.
While you are there get yourself a couple of pairs of socks that are designed to wick moisture away from your feet. This is essential. Cotton socks are killer.
In the meantime you can get moleskin to put on your blisters so you can continue to train. Good luck.
