I didn't get one for my first marathon - as I was only 17. I didn't get my first tattoo until 20 - I thought I was too young to get one before that. My fourth (and last) tattoo is running related. I got the track symbol - a winged foot on my arm. I had mine done more cartoony and colored. A guy I know got a more serious looking black one a few months after me. Seeing how I am a woman, I think mine suits me far better than a solid black one would!
